Beyond traditional banking, Pinnacle Financial Partners provides a suite of securities and other financial offerings, diverse investment products, and comprehensive brokerage and investment advisory programs. It also specializes in fiduciary and investment management services, catering to personal trusts, endowments, foundations, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), pensions, and custody arrangements. Further expanding its services, the company operates an insurance agency, predominantly focusing on property and casualty coverage. It also offers expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, and provides specialized advisory services for private debt, equity, mezzanine financing, and other middle-market transactions. For day-to-day banking needs, Pinnacle offers treasury management, telephone and online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, direct deposit, remote and mobile deposit capture options, automated teller machines (ATMs), and various cash management services. Its diverse clientele includes individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, and professional organizations. As of December 31, 2020, the company maintained a network of 114 offices: 48 in Tennessee, 36 in North Carolina, 20 in South Carolina, 9 in Virginia, and 1 in Georgia.
