Planet Green Holdings Corp. (PGHC), through its various divisions and subsidiaries, cultivates, processes, and distributes a comprehensive range of tea products, including brick, black, and green varieties, both within China and across international markets. In addition to its tea operations, the company imports and distributes beef products. It further specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of a diverse array of chemical compounds, such as formaldehyde, urea formaldehyde adhesive, methylal, ethanol fuel, various fuel additives, and clean fuels. The firm is also involved in the design, development, and production of specialized industrial equipment, including skid-mounted refueling units, LNG (liquefied natural gas) cryogenic equipment, and oil storage tanks. Furthermore, PGHC operates an online demand-side platform (DSP), a proprietary system designed to empower digital advertisers to seamlessly manage multiple advertising and data exchange platforms. Formerly known as American Lorain Corporation, the entity officially adopted the name Planet Green Holdings Corp. in September 2018. Incorporated in 1986, Planet Green Holdings Corp. maintains its corporate headquarters in Flushing, New York.
