This includes a direct sales force, e-commerce platforms, customer service teams, on-site field application engineers, independent sales representatives, distributors, integrators, and resellers. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, the company will officially adopt the name Penguin Solutions, Inc. in October 2024, having previously operated as SMART Global Holdings, Inc.
