About COMPUGEN LTD
Compugen Ltd., an Israeli-based company established in 1993 and headquartered in Holon, is a clinical-stage enterprise focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapeutic and product candidates. Its operations extend across Israel, the United States, and Europe. The companyβs core activities center around its immuno-oncology pipeline, which includes several investigational treatments: COM701, an anti-PVRIG antibody currently undergoing Phase I clinical studies for solid tumors. COM902, a therapeutic antibody designed to target TIGIT, which is also in Phase I clinical trials as a monotherapy for advanced malignancies. Bapotulimab, an antibody targeting ILDR2, presently in Phase I clinical development for solid tumor indications. AZD2936, an innovative bispecific antibody targeting both TIGIT and PD-1, advancing through Phase I/II clinical studies for patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Additionally, Compugen maintains earlier-stage immuno-oncology programs, with a particular emphasis on myeloid targets. To further its research and development, Compugen actively fosters strategic alliances. It has a collaboration agreement with Bayer Pharma AG for the research, development, and commercialization of antibody-based therapeutics that modulate immune checkpoint regulators. Another key partnership is with Bristol-Myers Squibb, aimed at evaluating the safety and tolerability of COM701 when administered alongside Bristol-Myers Squibb's PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, Opdivo, in patients with advanced solid tumors. The company also collaborates with Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to investigate novel T cell and myeloid checkpoint targets, and has a distinct research collaboration with Johns Hopkins University specifically dedicated to myeloid science. Furthermore, Compugen holds a licensing agreement with AstraZeneca for the development of bi-specific and multi-specific immuno-oncology antibody products.
